Ever since her foray into Bollywood, Dia Mirza has managed to steer clear of any kind of controversy

However, if rumours are to be believed, not all is well between Dia and her business partner Zayed Khan. The duo along with Dia's beau Sahil Sangha had floated their banner a couple of years ago and had co-produced Love Breakups Zindagi.

While the actress recently announced her second project, Bobby Jasoos, insiders say that Zayed is not associated with the production. Sources say that Zayed is making his presence felt elsewhere - starring in Ameesha Patel's upcoming venture.

A source says, `Zayed is already working with Ameesha under her home production banner. So he is not associated with Dia's second film. He has chosen to stay away from the film and Dia too has let him go.` Though sources close to Dia say that the two parted ways in an amicable manner, rumours are that Dia had an objection to Zayed going ahead and signing Ameesha's film.

However, Dia rubbishes the rumours, `We came together for Love Break Ups Zindagi just to make that one film and there was no conditions laid before him for any future project. He is family and he will always be a supporter of the production house. He has other commitments too. If he comes up with something or we are doing something where he wants to get involved, he will come back.`

Sahil, who directed the last film, echoes her sentiments, `He wanted to come on board with the first film because he was also acting in it. He has his own production company, his family business and other acting assignments. He has too many things on his plate.` Zayed remained unavailable for comment.

Why is Zayed no longer Dia's business partner?

Dia Mirza, who has once again donned the producer's hat for thriller "Bobby Jasoos", is confident about her decision to rope in Vidya Balan to play the lead because she feels no other actor could do justice to the role of a detective.

"There is nobody better than Vidya who can play Bobby. I love Vidya as a human being. Her remarkable quality of being rooted with the truth is reflected in every performance. I don't believe anyone else can act, the way she does," Dia said in a group interview here.

Sameer Shaikh will direct "Bobby Jasoos" and it will go on floors Nov 15. The film will release in April next year.

Dia's production banner is named Born Free Entertainment and she co-owns it with Sahil Sangha. Their first film was "Love Breakups Zindagi" in 2011.

Mallika Sherawat on Bachelorette India is quite a disaster.Simpering snorting and failing miserably to look like a prospective bride she makes all the hopeful bridegrooms on the show look like they had jumped into the wrong compartment of a train that was supposed to carry them to paradise.

There are so many single girls in Bollywood who would have fitted the bill much better. Here's looking at the best of bachelor girls of Bollywood.

1. Tabu: She has no dearth of admirers. At 40 Tabu looks better than she did at 30. Her serious relationships with producer Sajid Nadiadwala and Telugu star Nagarajun did not lead to the altar. With her rare and precious combination of Hyderabadi grace and cosmopolitan wisdom Tabu would have been the perfect dulhan on Bachelorette India.

2. Bipasha Basu: Single always ready to tingle....Bipasha's breakup with her long-standing beau John Abraham was followed by whispers of intimate frirndships with her Singularity co-star Josh Hartnett, her Dum Maro Dum co-star Rana Daggubatti and now Harman Baweja.

All three could be her prospective grooms on the show. Bipasha can walk away with any man whose name doesn't have a 'J' in it. Jab tak hai John....

3. Preity Zinta: She hasn't been in a relationship ever since she broke up with Ness Wadia. Now after two years of rigorous entrepreneurship surely Preity is ready to take the plunge.I recommend only the strong-willed wannabe grooms for Preity. She can't suffer under-age pinup boys at all. That kind of eliminates the Varuns and the Sushants.

4. Sushmita Sen: The ever-gorgeous ever-seductive Ms Sen remains the single-most desirable single girl in the entertainment business. She would be to the Bachelorette what Oprah Winfrey is to talk shows. But there is a problem.Sushmita makes every man feel special. So picking one groom on the show would be impossible.

5. Neha Dhupia: Single , sexy and solitary...Neha Dhupia is all of that. A couple of broken relationships. And she is standing at the threshold where something new and spectacular needs to happen in her life. Marriage is a good option. But be warned: Neha is not the simpering-bride material.

6. Diya Mirza: Blame it on Vidya Balan. Diya was all set to take the plunge with her filmmaker-boyfriend Sahil Sangha when Vidya stepped daintily into the picture offering to play the lead in Diya and Sahil's production. Now Diya has postponed her wedding plans.

So here is Plan B. Why not do the next season of Bachelorette and invite Sahil as one of the grooms? At least this time the televised swayamvar won't be a fake. What happened to the chosen bridegrooms of Rakhi Sawant and Ratan Rajput? No doubt Mallika's groom would also disappear due to `irreconcilable differences` Ha ha.

The Bachelorette Needs Better Bollywood Bachelorettes

Multiple award winning actress Vidya Balan has excited Dia Mirza so much that the latter has postponed her marriage plans in order to produce Bobby Jasoos with Vidya.

Dia's beau Sahil Sangha has agreed to be patient and wait till the movie is completed in 2014.

`There is no time to tie the knot now ... it can only happen next year,` says the 31-year-old Hyderabad-born actor, who no more gets annoyed on being asked about her wedding plans.

`Annoyed? Why? I mean, I do want to get married, just that I'm too tied up with too many things!` she explains. Ask her how easy or difficult was it to convince Balan, who's known to be very finicky about scripts and Dia says that it's not been difficult at all. `I was very confident about the script and Vidya too loved it at the first go. She was the first and the only actor to whom the film was offered ... it was almost written keeping her in mind,` replies Dia.

Her last offering, Love Breakups Zindagi from her production house Born Free Entertainment in which she had cast herself alongside actor Zayed Khan, failed to create an impact at the box office. So did she choose Balan as a formula for sure shot success? `No. We went for Vidya because she's a fantastic actor, and fits the role best. Vidya owns Bobby Jasoos!` says Dia. Ask her if the character Bobby Jasoos is a take on the hit detective series Agatha Christie, and she dismisses it saying, `Not at all. It's based on a true story.

Surprising! Dia delaying her marriage because of Vidya
