No body double for Sunny in 'Tina and Lolo'

Actress Sunny Leone underwent due training before starting action film "Tina and Lolo", and she has not used a body double for any of her stunt scenes, says the movie's director

"Sunny went through training for around two to three months before starting the film. She went through gun training, boxing and action for this film. She has not used any body double for any of her action scenes. She is a thorough professional," director Devang Dholakia told IANS.

Sunny, a Indo-Canadian porn star who now works in Bollywood films, plays Tina in the film, while the role of Lolo is essayed by Karishma Tanna.

"The action in the film is not the usual action that you seen in Bollywood. It is going to be very different," said Dholakia.

The team has wrapped up the first shooting schedule of the film.

"We have finished shooting for the first schedule and the second schedule will start from October end. We are planning to release the film by April 2014. I am very happy with the way the film is shaping up," he said.

She is known for her rather risque image, thanks to her several adult films in the US but looks like a flesh-coloured costume for one of her upcoming films got Sunny Leone on tenterhooks. Sources say instead of donning the skin-colour costume, the actress preferred to turn up on the sets of Ragini MMS 2 dressed in a plain black one.



A source says, `Wearing the pale coloured dress got the better of Sunny as she thought it may make her look like she wasn't wearing anything. So instead she went for black.` The production house apparently had the black outfit in their wardrobe for another song sequence in the film.

A unit member says, `Generally, Sunny cooperates with the unit. But this episode was a first.` However, Tanuj Garg, CEO of the production house rubbishes the buzz, `The colour palette of the song is gold in keeping with the lyrics. The question of a full-fledged skin-colour costume does not arise.`

To a question about her acting in adult movies, Leone says that her parents knew about her independent nature. And she had informed about her debut in the adult films before any of her relatives could tell. That helped things sink down better.

She feels that India will never have a porn industry as in the US because people here are conservative and they look down upon porn. But they surely watch porn with interest adding that people in the US don't discuss sex over lunch or dinner.

On her feud with Pooja Bhatt during Jism 2, leone says she is not in touch with her. Pooja made a statement which she didn't like. She had said that she (Pooja) had humanized her but she was a human being much before she met Pooja.

In hindsight, Sunny Leone has no regrets or guilt because of her past. If I had not a past about which you know, I may not have reached where I have now.

On her family, she says that her husband has always been very supportive of all my decisions. He knows each bit about me. We are sincere to each other and we have a monogamous relationship. We are planning to have babies, she adds quirkily.

The actress and her husband plan to buy a decent house in Mumbai soon. `But, right now my priorities are, `Teena and Lolo,` `Ragini MMS2` and the `Jackpot.` I quit adult movies much before the 'Bigg Boss' offer,` she adds.

About her audience, Leone maintains that in India people who detest her are outnumbered by those who love her.

Although the the entire projects is on cards and no confirmation has been made by either Dilip or Deepa so far, but Sunny's husband Daniel Weber who handpicks the professional assignments for Sunny, has told the sources that, "We have been approached by a Canada based production company which intends to make a documentary on our lives."

The search for these celebrity names online often lead to malicious sites. Cyber hackers use the names of celebrities to hack the username and password of those cyber users who search for the picture or video of their favorite celebrity. Hackers then extract personal information and other important data from unsuspecting fans who search for news about their stars.

Searches for celebrity names coupled with terms like videos, wall papers or nude pictures often lead to opening of malicious sites. For example if someone types name of a celebrity like Priyanka Chopra plus wall pictures, it might lead to opening of a malicious or infected site.

The study utilized McAfee Site Advisor site ratings to show which sites are dangerous to search when clubbed with celebrity names on the internet and calculated a general risk percentage.

Barfi actress, Priyanka Chopra had 79 malicious search results associated with her name. Similarly Shahrukh Khan name reported 75 infected sites. Salman’s name was attached with 68 malicious sites.

Names of other celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Saif Ali Khan, Farhan Akhtar and Hrithik Roshan were listed in top ten most dangerous celebrities on cyber space.

However, names of popular female celebrities like Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif , Aishwarya Rai and Bipasha Basu did not feature in the top ten lists. These names though appeared in last years’ dangerous celebrities list.

On the Hollywood front, actress Lily Collins was featured as the most dangerous actress.

Devang Dholakia's film has the adult star- turned-actress indulge in some heavy-duty gun slinging and fist pumping action. Even though there was a choice for a body double, the Jism 2 starlet insisted on doing her own stunts.

Eyebrows were raised about the wisdom behind casting Sunny known for her sensual image as the protagonist. She is apparently keen to make her detractors eat humble pie in a conscious effort to change her perceived image.

Says Sunny, `I have left no stone unturned to give my character Tina the very best preparation and show the audience a whole new side of me. The look is glamorous but there is more to it considering the extraordinary circumstances my character finds myself in. Devang has given me a role that most actresses would love to sink their teeth into.`

She also undertook several sessions with boxing champion Terry Norris to know how to fight naturally. To not look out of place while performing the stunts, Sunny learnt how to ride a bike and also frequented a shooting club to wield the gun right.

Sunny, who has Karishma Tanna as her co-star in the film, is so serious about her makeover that she is keen to add the action heroine quotient as well. She has even apparently sought inspiration from Angelina Jolie's look in Lara Croft Tomb Raider. 

Sunny Leone goes bold with Sachin Joshi in 'Jackpot'

Indo-Canadian adult film actress Sunny Leone, who was seen in a dare-bare role in Bollywood film "Jism 2", has shot a bold scene with actor Sachin Joshi for new film "Jackpot"

They are in Goa to shoot the film, and Sachin guarantees that the bold scene has been well-shot.

"We shot for a bold sequence, and now I would like to leave it to the audience. I am not allowed to talk much about that scene. I can assure you it is shot aesthetically and it doesn't look vulgar," Sachin told IANS.

The film is directed by Kaizad Gustad, who made the 1998 film "Bombay Boys", followed by "Boom" in 2003.

Talking about Sunny, Gustad said: "Sunny will be seen in a very edgy and sharp character. She is playing a sophisticated woman. Yes, there is a bold scene in the film between Sunny and Sachin."
