Salman Khan lends 'Bigg Boss 7' set to Kapil Sharma for 'Comedy Nights With Kapil'

Here's a new example of Salman Khan's generosity, as the 'Dabangg' Khan lent the sets of reality show 'Bigg Boss 7' to comedian Kapil Sharma's show 'Comedy Nights With Kapil'.

A massive fire had broken out recently on the sets of hit show 'Comedy Nights With Kapil' at Goregaon Film city. However, there were no casualties in the mishap.

Salman Khan, who had invited Kapil Sharma on the opening night of the seventh season of 'Bigg Boss', has given a portion of his set, situated in Lonavala.

Kapil Sharma, who will be hosting Akshay Kumar and Kangana Ranaut on the new sets of his show tweeted:

While Akshay Kumar is set to promote 'Boss', Kangana will be seen promoting her film 'Rajjo'.

Prior to this actor Shah Rukh Khan had offered help to Kapil Sharma. " Shah Rukh Khan, Rohit Shetty and lot of people from the industry called me and said 'hum tumhare saath hai, batao kitne din mein set khada karna hai' (we are with you, tell in how many days the set has to be put up). The industry is like a family," Kapil Sharma said.

"I got a call from Lataji and she asked if I need any kind of help, whether monetary or anything. She asked what can I do for you... Her call was a big thing," Kapil said.

It looks like there is no sigh of relief for ace stand up comedian Kapil Sharma in the near future. After major fire breakdown at the sets of 'Comedy Nights With Kapil' now India's most sought after stand-up comedian has landed in the legal trouble for tax evasion. Reportedly in a recent development the Service Tax department has booked ace comedian for for non-payment of tax dues amounting approximately Rs 60 lakh.

As per the sources a tax liability of around Rs 60 lakh stands pending on the Kapil, and non-payment of which may lead to the initiation of legal proceedings against him. Reports even suggest that he was questioned yesterday by taxation department officials to present his perspective.

After reduction in the number of telecast-days of his show "Comedy Nights With Kapil" and a major fire break down on the sets of the show yesterday, this is a 3rd major set-back for this ace entertainer within last 10 days.

‘Comedy Nights with Kapil’ set catches fire, no causalities reported

Major fire broke out on the set of popular TV show; ‘Comedy Nights with Kapil’ hosted by comedian Kapil Sharma. The fire broke out at 8:30 in the morning. By God’s grace there is no causalities reported.

Film City, Goregaon, Mumbai, set was completely destroyed by fire. Fire brigade was immediately called upon and four fire tankers, four water tankers and an ambulance reached the spot to extinguish the fire. It took more than a hour to bring the fire under control. What caught the fire is not exactly known but the set completely reduced to ashes.

‘Comedy Nights with Kapil’, is one of the most popular shows on Indian TV and it’s TRP topped the chart.

Many well know celebrities like Shahrukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Shahid Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor and others appeared on the show to promote their film.

Actress Sonakshi Sinha, wrote on Twitter about the accident. “Massive fire on the set next to my @RamboRajkumar shoot this morning! Hope no ones hurt!!!

There is no casualty but the set suffered huge loss.

The host of the show Kapil tweeted a few hours after shooting with Sonu Nigaam.

“Bye bye Kolkata..now it's time to shoot in Mumbai wid my favourite”, tweeted Kapil Sharma.
