Accompanying him is flame Katrina Kaif and bestie, director Ayan Mukerji. Though they may prefer to keep tightlipped about their escapade, RK's fans have been posing with him wherever he has been spotted in the Big Apple. A fan posted a pic with him on October 7.

The ‘Besharam’ actor Ranbir Kapoor might have fooled media with his smart reply claiming 'it's just another day' when the reporter asked him about his birthday plan, but in actuality, the story is different.  It is true the actor was busy promoting his today’s release ‘Besharam’ round the clock  but in between the busy schedule, the heartthrob of Bollywood Ranbir Kapoor find out time to spend quality time with his ladylove in his bungalow, Krishna Raj.

For some reason, Ranbir’s parents Neetu and Rishi Kapoor were out of the town and the Kapoor lad got a good chance to celebrate his birthday with Katrina at his home. The entire day, he was busy promoting his film with director Anurag Kashyap but when he arrived home late evening, Katrina Kaif was there to wish him and make his day special.

Rumor buzzed that Katrina Kaif spend the night with Ranbir at his residence. She left his home early morning. “The couple stayed during the night at Krishna Raj. His parents are not in the country,” a source said.

A month ago, the couple hit the headlines for their leaked Ibiza holiday picture which shows Katrina in bikini enjoying vacation with Ranbir at Ibiza beach in Spain. The pictures made a huge hullabaloo on net and Ranbir’s parents too expressed their dissatisfaction over the matter. Katrina Kaif was also highly depressed with the leaked images and lashes out at media for invading her privacy. But now it seems the actress got over the mater and moved on to create a new headline.

Ranbir and Katrina’s love story kick-start on the set of ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahini and since then they are together and going strong. Ranbir Kapoor recently expressed his feeling for Katrina and spoke in length about Katrina’s position in his life.

Neetu and Rishi Kapoor too like Katrina Kaif and they are proud of their son’s choice. Before dating Katrina, Ranbir was in a relationship with Deepika Padukone but the relationship died down soon.

The Chase is On: Dhoom 3 second motion poster out

Yet another sizzling motion poster of the forthcoming movie "Dhoom 3" is out online and looks like a reminder to fans about what they are about to experience with the release of the movie

While the first motion poster didn't reveal much except Aamir Khan's chiselled body, this one has more thrills and chills attached to it.

Aamir plays a negative role in the movie and the smirk on his face gets your attention. The movie, which has always given bikes and villains a lot of limelight, has bikes jumping over cars and bridges in the second motion poster. 

The focus then shifts to the four main protagonists- Aamir Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Uday Chopra and Katrina Kaif. The leads pose in a heroic manner as a fire rages around them. The graphics are well done. The sound of a bike racing adds to the thrilling feeling. The signature tune of the "Dhoom" franchise takes the musical lead soon followed by the sound of the bike.
Aamir will be seen in a negative role in the third installment of the franchise while Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra reprise their role as ACP Jai Dixit and Ali respectively. Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, the movie is set to release Dec 20. 

OMG! 'Mind your own business' Ranbir warns media

Actor Ranbir Kapoor, who turned 31 Saturday, refused to reveal what gift he received from actress Katrina Kaif, who is reportedly dating him.

"There is a phrase in English 'Mind your own business'," Ranbir told reporters at an event here.

Recently, the rumoured lovers made headlines when their pictures while holidaying together in Spain were published.



There are reports that Ranbir and Katrina will go on a holiday again, but he chose to keep mum on this too when asked. "Jab pictures chhap jayenge, tab tum log hi bata dena yaar. What should I say? (When pictures get published, you only inform)..."

The actor is currently busy promoting his next film "Besharam".

Pamela Chopra hosted a grand party to mark late filmmaker Yash Chopra’s birthday with Shahrukh Khan and nine dazzling actresses who starred in Yashji’s movies graced the occasion. Rekha, Sridevi, Madhuri Dixit, Juhi Chawla, Rani Mukherjee, Preity Zinta, Katrina Kaif, Anushka Sharma and Parineeti Chopra along with Shahrukh Khan walked the ramp to celebrate Yash Chopra’s 81st birthday and his exceptional work. The actresses mostly wore ethnic outfits.

Anushka Sharma kick-start the event. She paid tribute to veteran actress Nargis Fakhri. She donned a a black sari with red bindi. Parineeti Chopra dressed in  heavy embroided red ghahra and choli with matching jewelry and paid tribute to Madhubala.

Evergreen beauty Rekha took the ramp on fire as she grooved on the ramp and delivered the famous dialogue from ‘Silsila’, 'Main Aur Meri Tanhaai' and later danced to 'Yeh Kaha Aa Gaye Hum'.

The Chandni lady Sridevi dressed in heavy ornamented ghagra and matching jewelry and walked the ramp. The ‘Darr’ actress Juhi Chawla wore a white and red semi chiffon ghagra while the dhak dhak lady Madhuri Dixit looked elegant in transparent black saree with sleeveless blouse.

Rani donned pink ghagra choli with golden nathni (nose ring) minus other jewelry, while Preity walked wearing white lehenga choli with typical Kashmiri jewellery. Last but not the least to walk the ramp was Katrina Kaif who look spectacular in brownish and cream ghagra choli.

Shahrukh Khan took the center stage in a black suit and every actress delivered a small speech remembering Yash Chopra after the ramp walk.

Rani Mukherjee was in tears remembering Yash Chopra. She said: "Yash uncle I miss you a lot...please forgive me for not making cake for you last year as I was busy with my commitments...I miss you and we all love you." 

Yash Chopra died suddenly on October 21 last year due to dengue. He was 80.

Something special up Ranbir's sleeve on his Birthday?

The actor has requested a day off from work on his birthday 

He may tell the world his birthday is not much of a big deal but we hear that Ranbir Kapoor is taking the day off as he turns 31 on September 28.

The actor has been busy promoting his upcoming film, Besharam with his parents, Rishi and Neetu Kapoor.

Insiders say Ranbir has something special planned, as he has requested the makers to give him the day off. In "Ranbir to pop the question?", the actor was said to be preparing to propose to his girlfriend, Katrina Kaif on his special day.

Says a source, "Ranbir rubbished the rumours and even went to town claiming his birthday was just another day. Wonder how he is planning to celebrate the day." 

Another birdie chirps, “Ranbir has been promoting the film with his parents. He seems to be reserving the day for someone special." 

Aamir Khan in double role in ‘Dhoom 3’

As if one Mr. Perfectionist was not enough to create a buzz at the box office, makers of ‘Dhoom 3’ have introduced another character of Aamir Khan in the upcoming movie. In ‘Dhoom 3’ Aamir will be seen in a double role.

In the upcoming movie of Yash Raj Films, Aamir will be seen in an antagonist role. He will play the role of a circus gymnast.          Sources say that Aamir Khan who will play the role of a gymnast, will have a sick twin brother. It is for the sake of that sick brother that Aamir turns a bad man. His brother spends his life in darkness.

There are other twists and turn in the movie, but this twist will appear as the biggest one. This twist of double role has been kept secretly with the production team and the unit of the movie. They want the surprise to be unfolded with the release of the movie.

A source says, “While everyone knows that Aamir will be seen in a completely negative avatar in D3, what most don’t know is that he will also be seen in a double role, which will blow away people’s minds.

The twist in the tale (and Aamir’s double whammy act) comes towards the climax.  It was the brainchild of Aditya Chopra to weave a double role into the script. It’s meant to be a surprise element — something that will shock and stun the audiences!

This is the first time that Aamir Khan will appear in a double role in Bollywood. For this very reason, the makers have worked very hard towards creation of this climax. The fruit of their hard work will surely appear at the box office.

The first look of Aamir Khan has been unveiled at the latest teasers but the look of the twin brother is still kept under wraps. Since Katrina plays the love interest of one character of Aamir, it will be interesting to know if the other character of Aamir also has a love interest in the movie.

The current movie ‘Dhoom 3’ is a continuation of ‘Dhoom’ series of movies. The earlier series had John Abraham and Bipasha Basu  in the antagonist roles.

The movie is scheduled for December release. It has high expectations at the box office.

Revealed: Dhoom 3's surprise element!

So all you Dhoom franchise fans, here comes a mind boggling surprise for you. Soon after the unveiling of first teaser of 'Dhoom 3' fans started inferring that it's Aamir's antagonistic avatar which is the USP of the movie. But here comes another shock guys.

If recent reports pertaining to "Dhoom 3" and Aamir's character are to be believed then Aamir's playing negative character is not the sole USP of the movie, rather it's the double role of Mr Perfectionist which is the surprise element.

Buzz even suggests that this surprising twist is something pertaining to "mentally-sick-twin-brother" kind of phenomena, and will come somewhere around the climax of the movie.

The movie also features Katrina Kaif, Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra. 

So all you die hard fans of Dhoom and Aamir, be prepared for "two-much" of Aamir and thrill.

Katrina Kaif all set to romance Sushant Singh Rajput

Sushant Singh Rajput is climbing the ladder of success slowly and steadily. After receiving accolades for his performance in ‘Kai Po Che’ and ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’, Sushant has bagged few more movies. He has been signed opposite Katrina Kaif for Abhishek Kapoor’s ‘Fitoor’ which is an adaptation from Charles Dicken's classic 'The Great Expectations'. ‘Fitoor’ will go on floor early next year.

"I am currently working on the script of 'Fitoor'. I am really excited about it and will start shooting early next year. I am blessed that Katrina and Sushant are equally excited about the film," Abhishek told PTI.

For the first time, Sushant and Katrina will be working together. Sushant has worked with Abhishek in ‘Kai Po Che’ but Abhishek will be directing Kat for the first time. Abhishek commented about the casting, "They best suit the characters involved in the movie. I don't know how they will evolve since it's too early to know but I am hoping it turns out to be good."

Speaking about the film, Abhishek quipped, " It's an adaptation of Charles Dicken's classic 'The Great Expectations' . The story about about an orphan boy who falls in love with a girl from a wealthy family but is hardhearted." He further added " I am really excited about the movie and so are Sushant and Katrina. They are perfectly suited for the role but it is yet to be seen how they will evolve as the characters."

‘Kai Po Che’ is India’s official entry to Oscar and he is pinning high hopes for the film’s victory.

"I really don't know what are the parameters for a movies selection to Oscars... I have full faith in the people taking the decision and may the best man win. There is a lot of effort gone into the film and as a filmmaker I am satisfied," said the director.  

Katrina is currently busy shooting ‘Bang Bang’ and Yash Raj Films ‘Dhoom 3’ opposite Aamir Khan while Sushant has been signed for Shekhar Kapoor’s ‘Paani’.

Deepika to romance Ranbir again, Katrina unhappy

After the super duper success of ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’, ex-couple Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor has again teamed up for yet another movie to be directed by Imtiaz Ali. The film titled, ‘Window Seat’. This is Deepika’s third film with Ranbir and it is heard that Kat is unhappy with the latest development.

Ranbir and Deepika starred in ‘Bachna Ae Haseeno’ and their chemistry was liked in Ayan Mukherjee’s ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’. On looking at their sizzling chemistry, Imtiaz Ali roped the ex-couple for another blockbuster. Ranbir Kapoor for a long time was trying to convince various filmmakers to cast him opposite his ladylove. He also approached Abhinav Kashyap to sign Katrina Kaif opposite him in ‘Besharam’ but the director signed Pallavi Sharda. It was also rumored in the past that Ranbir requested Ayan Mukherjee to sign Katrina in YJHD but Deepika bagged the project.

Ranbir made several attempt to act share screen with his ladylove but all his efforts were in vain. Katrina and Deepika share cold vibes. Katrina is unhappy with Deepika’s past relationship with Ranbir and both are rivals in the professional front also. With back to back hits, Deepika became the box-office queen of Bollywood but Kat failed to spark magic this year.  

Katrina’s relationship with Deepika turned sour when the latter commented on Kat’s leaked bikini photo.

Imtiaz as well as the stars of the movie are tight-lipped about ‘Window Seat’ Imtiaz will start filming his new project after he wraps up with ‘Highway’ starring Alia Bhatt and Randeep Hooda.

Currently, Ranbir is busy promoting ‘Besharam’ and Deepika is promoting ‘Ramleela’ with Ranveer Singh. ‘Besharam’ is all set to hit the silver screen on October 2, 2013, and November 15, 2013 respectively.

Nine heroines who have been part of the late auteur's iconic films to be part of a tribute gala on his birthday on September 27.

There are actresses. And then there are Yash Chopra's heroines. In a fitting tribute to the late filmmaker on his birthday on September 27, nine actresses are going to walk the ramp in his memory. All these ladies have been part of Chopra's iconic films in the past.

It was last year when Chopra left for the heavenly abode and this year his widow, Pamela Chopra is planning to make the day special. Insiders say the Chopra family Pamela and her sons Aditya and Uday will arrange to make each year memorable henceforth.


`They want to make it a day to remember. Nine actresses will showcase clothes inspired by Chopra's films and the celebrations will be grand,` says a source close to the family. While several actresses have apparently shown keen interest in being part of the event, the three who have already confirmed their presence are Rani Mukerji, Preity Zinta and Katrina Kaif.
